HTML Editor

by Rick Giles

Very well done, with online documentation. Prograph
HTML Pro 1.06 Editing is done in two windows, one providing a somewhat WYSIWYG view and the other the HTML coding. You can avoid typing HTML codes altogether if you like. Current limitations are that it doesn't show inline images, only opens one document at a time, and has the 32K TextEdit limit.
BBEdit extensions for HTML Editing:
BBEdit HTML Extensions
by Carles Bellver (ftp )
or
BBEdit HTML Tools by Lindsay Davies (ftp).
Davies' extensions are a bit more complete including balloon help. You can make these tools even handier by using BBXKeys to create command-key equivalents for them. BBEditLite, the shareware version of BBEdit, is also available at this site.
HTML SuperText by Robert Best. Beta release. It makes use of color and fonts to show the effect of various codes. More information. Prograph
HTMLWriter by Jon Wiederspan. An HTML markup aid that was fine in its day, but there are better products now. SuperCard 1.7.1
HTML.edit 1.5b1. Does not require HyperCard to run. Not bad, but really shows its HyperCard roots. More info. HyperCard
Simple HTML Editor by Eric Morgan Also a HyperCard stack with a few extras. HyperCard
HyperMarker 1.0 (Demo) Yet another HyperCard stack for HTML editing. Nothing to really make it stand out. HyperCard
